i-CATS University College hosted the Investible Innovation Dialogue: Accelerating Industry–University Partnerships, a pre-event programme leading up to the University Research and Innovation Investment Summit (URIIS) 2026 – Series 8. The dialogue brought together representatives from academia, industry, and strategic partners to explore opportunities for research, innovation, and investment collaboration.
The programme featured welcoming and officiating addresses by university leaders, followed by an introduction to URIIS 2026 and discussions on strengthening partnerships between higher education institutions and industry. Focus group sessions covered strategic areas including Semiconductor, Aerospace, Smart City & Artificial Intelligence (AI), AgTech, Biodiversity, Sustainable Energy, and TVET, encouraging the exchange of ideas and identifying opportunities for impactful collaboration.
