For a monthly fee of RM150, students can choose to share a room with up to three other students. There are a limited number of air-conditioned rooms available for a fee of RM200 per month on a first -come, first-served basis.

Additionally, students are permitted to reside off-campus and can choose to rent a room or house based on their budget. These options allow students to find accommodation that meets their specific requirements. Overall, i-CATS UC offers a range of reasonably priced housing options to its students.
