Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering

About Us

Mechatronic Engineering is a synergistic combination of precision mechanical engineering, electronis, and computer systems. This programme is developed to give the students thorough knowledge in control and instrumentation, robotics and automation, mechatronic systems design and mechatronic product development. The first three semesters cover the foundation in mechanical, electrical, electronics, engneering drawing (AutoCAD), computer programming and laboratories. These knowledge and skills progress to the next three semesters where the major elements in Mechatronics such as PLC, electrical machines, renewable energy, robotic & automation, pneumatic & hydraulic, engineering design and flexible manufacturing system (FMS) are introduced.

Course Fees

A course fee has been set for every graduate course at the college. The fees are determined by the course, not the subjects that comprise the course.

Total Fees for the course is RM20,400.00

Career Opportunities

Mechatronics engineering is a synergistic combination of precision mechanical engineering, electronics, and computer systems. It is a relatively new area of engineering. Graduates of a Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering program can work in many industries, including automobiles, manufacturing, gas and oil, mining, transport, defense, robotics, aerospace and aviation, as an engineer assistant. They will manage, maintain, develop and design high tech engineering systems that can automate industrial tasks. They apply the principles of mechatronics to tasks that may endanger human lives.
