The current and future eras of employment seek for the appropriate graduates for the relevant jobs. Moreover, the advent of globalization and an integrated world economy in the 21st Century further reinforce the requirements for “the appropriate graduates for the relevant jobs with versatile soft skills that competently and effectively perform the assigned tasks domestically and even internationally”.

ICATS intends to introduce Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) In E-Commerce which is certainly a future and market driven program. Thus, to enhance human capital development in e-commerce and business sectors, it is timely for ICATS to develop well-trained professionals to meet the manpower needs in the industry locally and overseas.

Course Fees

A course fee has been set for every graduate course at the college. The fees are determined by the course, not the subjects that comprise the course.

The BACHELOR OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (HONS) IN E - COMMERCE shall produce graduates who are:-

To utilize fundamental strength in hard and soft skills.

To utilize the existing infrastructure nitches, strong English communication skills, analysis skills, and computer technology application skills.
To Produce Versatile Graduates
To mould versatile graduates in e-commerce, domestically and internationally.
To Enhance Malaysia’s Education Mission to be the Hub of Asian Education
To expose students with contemporary issues in e-commerce and thus capitalize on Malaysia’s reputation as one of the leading economy that generates a list of new products and services.

Entry Requirements

i. Passed STPM with at least Grade C (CGP 2.00) in any 2 subjects AND passed Mathematics and English at SPM level;
ii. Passed STAM with a minimum grade of Jayyid and passed Mathematics and English at SPM level;
iii. Passed Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with at least Grade B in 5 subjects;
iv. Completed a Foundation Programme with a minimum CGPA of 2.00;
v. Completed a Diploma Programme (MQF Level 4) with minimum CGPA of 2.00;
vi. Passed Cambridge GCE A-Level with at least a full pass in 2 subjects;
vii. Any other equivalent qualifications recognized by the Malaysian Government.

STPM and STAM- Candidate without a pass in Mathematics and English at SPM level may be offered admission if they contain have taken Mathematics and English at STPM and STAM level and achieved a grade equivalent to, or higher than SPM level.


The minimum time for Full-time study to complete a module shall be 3 years.
